Q. Why is this service free? While other companies charge for this.

A. We want many people to experience art in their life. This is why we started a new program called "Art Tasting".
As there is wine tasting for wine, we want people to "taste" art from the bottom of their heart. You can take part in tasting art and find your taste!

Q. How much commission can I get?

A. When you have joined the art tasting, you can also sell art at your place.
In this case, you will get 30% of the sales price.

Q. What kind of art can I rent? Can I see them before we rent them?

A. We have many pieces of art. Please check out our website for the artwork.
If you would like to look at them directly, please make an appointment with Ouchi Gallery.

Q. Can you send artwork to us? Or should I pick them up?

A. We strongly recommend you pick them up.
You will be able to see the works in person. If you would like us to bring them, it depends on the distance.
If you live within 15 minutes walking distance from any MTA service stations in Manhattan, Brooklyn, or Queens, we will bring them for free.
However, if you live in other areas you may have to pay the shipping fee.

Q. My restaurant is located far from Ouchi Gallery. Can I still be able to rent art?

A. Please email to info@zankandmars.com.

Q. How long can we rent the artwork for?

A. For 3 months. If you sell any one of the pieces you'll be able to stand another 3 months.

Q. What if the artwork is damaged?

A. Ouchi Gallery will not hold customer entirely responsible.
However, if damages do occur under renter’s possession, he or she is held accountable for 50% of the total cost of the artwork.

Q. Do I have to install it by myself?

A. Typically, we install and display the works.

Q. Can I choose the pieces? I don't have a clear image of what I want for my space. Can you help me?

A. Of course you can choose the pieces. It is very important to coordinate within your living perimeters.
The advisor from Ouchi Gallery will assist you in your selection process, free-of-charge.

Q. How far in advance / when should I start making a reservation?

A. You can make a reservation 1 month ahead. Reservation starts from October 2010.
